“Finding your personal VISION for freedom, fulfillment and effectiveness”.

“In my 20+ years of leadership, I’ve been lucky to have mentors who have reminded and challenged me to lead from my core values, and mentoring, encouraging and coaching others is what get’s me up in the morning.

Whether you are a brand new leader an executive leader or somewhere in between, most of you, at some point or another will lose the fire to lead with courage and clarity from the heart. It happens to most of us.

I can tell you first hand, I’ve been there, at the depths of discouragement and ineffectiveness, but I found great tools, resources, personal tactics and coaches to help me fight through the slump, and make my way back to MY WHY again.

Life is way too short to live and lead half way, my friends. There’s more for you to experience and the world needs your unique leadership talent, energy and heart. If your flames for leadership have dimmed, I sure would love partner with you to help fan those embers of purpose back into flames.

How did your flame die?

THE INEVITABLE LEADER DRIFT

At some point in the recent past, the brutal reality of leadership pressures have extinguished your spark to lead with passion. You know first hand, how the ongoing stress to deliver with higher effectiveness, plus the “tyranny of the urgent” seem to dominates your days. These compounding pressures have a way of pushing out your ability to lead with focused conviction.

The energy seems like it has left the building.

Maybe you’ve been missing the voice of mentors and coaches that once poured into you, inspiring you to stay focused on the things that matter most. You’ve probably experienced, along with the loss of your leadership mojo, your teams are fading as well. Worst of all, this has had a profoundly negative effect on your personal life, your friendships and your family.

How can the people and activities that you care about most, feel so distant?

DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?

It all comes down to loss of …“THE WHY”.

The all too familiar shift happened as you focused more and more on numbers and results, and slowly forgot the purpose deep within your soul.

Don’t worry…it happens to the best of us.

In New York Times Best-Selling Author, Simon Sinek’s book “Start With Why”, he highlights:

“Studies show that over 80 percent of Americans do not have their dream job. If more knew how to build organizations that inspire, we could live in a world in which that statistic was the reverse - a world in which over 80 percent of people loved their jobs. People who love going to work are more productive and more creative. They go home happier and have happier families”.

“In the past several years,

way too many leaders have have felt disillusioned and stuck, not

thriving with the energy and tenacity they once had.

One of the most powerful, quotes that shook me to the core is by Dr. James Hollis, Psychoanalyst:

“Many will show up to the end of their lives to discover, they never

truly lived…”

My friends, the world needs

what only you can bring:

YOU.
