24 years of leadership experience first as an educator, then mid-level management in a nonprofit and finally, many years leading at the executive operations level have developed Andy’s core passion, to coach leaders. Andy has a wide range of business, non-profit, advisory board and educational leadership experience. During his years of organizational leadership Andy become known for building and developing highly collaborative teams within Operations, Brand Development, Creative Teams, Communications, Marketing and more. Through a repeatable process that starts with The Why and Team Values he is uniquely adept at bringing individuals with specific strengths together to accomplish seemingly insurmountable strategic goals. Andy has refined his coaching technique through years of leading a wide array of employee from entry level through to executive level leaders.

Andy has coached individuals in all genres of business operations, and is a gifted guest speaker. In recent years, Andy helped lead an international small business conference in Central Asia and has coached leaders in multiple countries.

As an Executive Team Consultant and Leadership Coach, Andy draws on his training and experience as an educator/executive leader in a nonprofit setting. He utilizes conversational strategic sessions to help leaders lean into a more introspective mindset, unearthing the “WHY”, or their own personal wiring/drivers. In defining or reigniting a leaders “WHY”, the intrinsic passions rush to the surface, activating a leaders higher sense of personal fulfillment increasing effectiveness in their life and work.

Andy follows a similar process as he consults with Teams to match a leadership teams individual members wiring to help more clearly define the organizational “WHY”. This Organizational “WHY” becomes the foundation upon which a clearly defined Vision/Mission and operational values are built. As your “WHY DRIVEN” Mission/Vision/Values are intentionally instilled throughout the organization, everyone begins to THRIVE.
